At Montague George Property we aim to provide landlords with a truly hands-off service that guarantees consistent cash flow and zero void periods. We understand that managing rental properties can be time-consuming, stressful, and unpredictable—especially when it comes to ensuring your properties are always tenanted and your rental income remains stable. That’s where we come in.

We are not an agent, nor do we charge any fees; we rent properties from landlords on contracts ranging from 12 to 36 months+. This allows us to offer a void free tenancy agreement and a fully managed service, with all repairs and maintenance jobs handled by our in house team completely free of charge.

We specialise in corporate relocations and work with businesses to provide their staff high-quality accommodation when they are working across London and Southeast England. With a growing portfolio of over 20 properties, we are actively seeking new properties to rent.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER

LONG TERM CONTRACT

No void periods

We will rent your property for a minimum of 12 months and up to 36 months+. The rent is paid even if the property is empty.

NO MAINTENANCE COSTS

No more late night callouts

Any repairs or maintenance issues will be completely handled and covered by us. All utility bills and council tax is paid for by us.

NO MANAGEMENT COSTS

Hands off exeperience

Our in house team will completely manage the property and our clients at no additional cost, allowing you to be fully hands off.

We pay market rent

We are not an agent and do not charge any fees. We will be the company renting the property, which means no void periods and a management fee free property.
